Who we are

GRAI is bookkeeping software made by GRAI Strategies, a Nevada company. These terms are the agreement between you and GRAI Strategies for using GRAI on the web, on your phone, or through an app store.

What GRAI does

GRAI reads the bank and card statements you send, or the accounts you connect, checks each statement against its own opening and closing balance, books what is clear, and asks you about what is not. It produces reports from your answers and your statements. Every number in your books comes from a statement verified to the bank or from an answer you gave.

What GRAI is not

GRAI is not a tax return, not tax advice, not legal advice, and not an accountant. The reports, the gray-area strategies, and every explanation in the app are information to take to your tax preparer, who makes the final call. You are responsible for your filings and for the accuracy of the answers you give.

Your account

You sign in with your email and a code texted to your phone. Keep both to yourself. Anything done while signed in to your account counts as done by you. Tell us right away at contact@graistrategies.com if you think someone else has access.

Price and billing

GRAI costs $99 a month, charged at sign-up and every 30 days after on the same day. Earlier months you choose to catch up are $25 each, charged when you choose them, before those books are opened. Launch offer: accounts created through December 31, 2026 pay $49 a month for the renewals that fall in 2026 and $10 per catch-up month bought in 2026; from the first renewal in 2027 the regular $99 a month applies and catch-up months return to $25. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. A partner code can make your first month free.

Non-payment

If a charge fails, we tell you and try again. While the account is unpaid you can still sign in to update your card, download reports for months already paid, or close the account, but the books stop until payment is current.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Settings at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and your reports for paid months stay downloadable until then. No refunds for partial months. If you come back later, one win-back month may be offered once.

Your data

Your statements, answers and reports are yours. We use them to keep your books and to improve how GRAI classifies transactions. We never sell them. We share them only with the services that run GRAI (hosting, payments, text messages, bank connections) and only as needed to run it. Your identifiers such as EIN and phone number are stored encrypted, and everything is backed up nightly to encrypted off-site storage. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Deleting your account

Settings has a Delete account button. It removes your account, your business, every statement and every answer. It is final and takes effect immediately; keep copies of any report you need before you use it.

Texts and emails

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive sign-in codes and account messages by text. Message and data rates may apply. We email you about your books, your billing and, rarely, about GRAI itself. You can reply STOP to texts or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; sign-in codes and billing notices continue while you have an account.

Acceptable use

Use GRAI for your own business or a business you are authorized to keep books for. Do not upload statements that are not yours, try to get around payment, or interfere with the service.

Our responsibility

We work hard to get every number right and to keep the service available, but GRAI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GRAI Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid GRAI in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

When these terms change, we show you the new version at your next sign-in and ask you to accept it before continuing. If you do not accept, you can download your reports and close the account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
